Why weight training & PROPER nutrition are so important!
Left: 59kg 6-7 hours a week of high intensity cardio, eating what I though was ‘healthy’ but only around 1200cals!!
Right: 57kg 4-5 weights sessions a week, little to no cardio!! And eating 2000+cals a day of wholesome real food.
There is absolutely no need to wreck yourself doing a tonne of cardio, or essentially starve your body to lose weight! Eat a diet full of whole foods including lean protein sources (chicken breast, turkey, eggs, lean red meat, fish) veggies, fruit, complex carbs, good fat sources, and plenty of water! And lift HEAVY weights!
