I squatted 40kgs today! :)
I know it’s not a lot for some, but I only started using the squat rack a couple of weeks ago, and I’m stoked that I have been able to put the weight up! I LOVE SQUATTING :)
I hate calorie counting...
Especially when it involves counting 1400 cals a day :(

Our bodies are not calculators. Hormones, genetics, what you eat and how you workout…
Bleurgh.
Have had the worst week of eating! No control. Way too much booze. Way too many carbs. Chocolate. Bleurgh… I was 61.3kg this morning! I know most is water weight.. but farrkkkk! As of tomorrow, no more cheating! I start cal counting tomorrow and I’m going to OWN it! Hate feeling like this. So sluggish, bloated and yuck. Clean eating FTW!

Worst day of eating today. I’ve had a bit of a ‘fuck it’ attitude all day for some reason. Shark week? Usually I have a few cravings during shark week, but I never give in.. I don’t get it. Back to it tomorrow.

What’s a good pre-workout meal? I usually workout in the morning and have had a big brekky of oatmeal and eggs before hand. This week I’m having to workout in the afternoon/night and last night I felt soo shitty throughout my whole workout because I didn’t eat properly before. I’m lost as to what to eat… ??
